What happens when I make contact with you?

One of our staff will respond pretty quickly. Please note that Admin staff is not allowed to give spiritual advice. Our staff is available to respond technical questions and scheduling Monday through Friday. Emails and questions sent on weekends are responded on Monday. Please refrain from asking the same questions please send only one email as multiple emails may delay the response time. If you have a question for Jen please use the "Ask Jen" tab.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept PayPal and regular checkout. We are a serious business and operate under the rules and regulations of our banking and payment processing partners.

What Happens when I place an order?

When you place an order we get a notification. Orders placed on Fridays after 7 pm will be processed on Monday. You are required to send us an email with info and pictures or better yet fill out an order form by clicking on "Order form" AFTER placing your order. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing of your order after which your order will be scheduled. Please check your spam folder to make sure you do not miss any notifications from us. 

 We schedule for the time frame we promise and is listed on the description of the product. Please do not ask us to cast a spell for more nights than we promise on the listing. Please do not ask us multiple times how many nights your spell will be cast. Please refer to the description of the product you are buying. Please pay attention to what our spell gives. Some of our spells give notes, OR report, OR video, OR pictures, OR none. We do not send videos, notes, reports or pictures for discounted products. Please do not ask for video, pictures, notes or reports when the spell does not give one.

What happens when you start casting?

You might feel anxious and agitated. Please it is essential that you remain calm and follow the instructions given in order to ensure the best outcome of your spell. Please also review our legal disclaimer.

What am I exactly paying for? 

You are hiring me and my associates to perform a service. You are paying us for an energy service which we do put a lot of work into. We attempt to redirect your energy and the energy of those involved in your request regardless of the outcome.

What type of Spells should I choose?

The normal way to go about it is to follow your gut instinct. You purchase (just like any service) what you feel may be right for you and we will perform. Some clients prefer to purchase a reading first and then decide which spell might fit based on the reading they receive.

Do Spells work and how long does it take?

Today, the art of spell casting has reached mainstream America. Many come to us and we believe they do work. You must really consider your situation and where you are now with your situation. Being realistic about your situation will help you get the best out of our service.  Spell casting is an art, not a science, and is therefore somewhat unpredictable.

Are Spells a substitute for professional help?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We are not responsible for the actions of others. If you are in an abusive relationship please seek appropriate help. If you feel like your life is in danger please call 911. If you need psychiatric or medical care please seek your medical provider. If you need legal advice please seek a lawyer. We do not deal with the physical world only with the spiritual. Do you cast on Minors?

We do not do harmful energy work on minors the only type of energy work we do on minors is Protection.

Do you ever do phone interactions?

No, all interactions are by email. You can however always purchase a Zoom consultation with Jen.
